After dinner, cozy up around the fire pit on the lovely rear patio. This home offers so many options for vacation relaxation! Bedding ranges from a double bunk bed for the kids and queens and a king for the adults There is even a first floor bedroom and an elevator will take you to all interior floors. When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and shops in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, beach games etc. - condition not guaranteed!) BONUS: This luxury home provides bed linens and towels, and they are priced affordably at $371 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, No beach towels.) Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons". Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. No Pets or Smoking please. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.
