Sleeps 9, and a pull out sofa. 3 Full Baths. 1 block walk to York Beach shopping center-Grotto's and Rosenfelds deli, plus shopping. One block from Delaware State Park. Easy bike ride to Bethany (1.3mi), kayak access directly across street on bayside. Come back to simple beach life. Exterior deck renovations for 2025 season.
