4 BR/ 3 BA one-level*, renovated home in Middlesex neighborhood, with access to private beach, just three houses away from the waves! Easy access to boardwalk and Bethany's downtown with no highway to cross to get to the beach. Sleeps 8. Great for families with children.
Central air/heating throughout or open the windows to feel the ocean breezes. Sun deck, roof patio, porch and large family room. Outdoor shower, picnic tables, barbecue, ping pong table. Front yard with volleyball/badminton, and picnic table, and back yard with ping pong table, picnic table, and play set (swings, slide, sandbox, climb-wall). The house is stocked with board games and children's books and toys, while also being out of site for the grown ups, if desired.
Bedrooms include:
1. King size bed.
2. Queen size bed w/in-room full bath.
3. Twin Bunk bed
4. Twin bed with trundle bed (and pack n' play in the closet).
Amenities include:
WiFi, television w cable, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, washer/dryer, central air, gas grill, and fully stocked kitchen (spices, blender, toaster, ice cream maker, grill tools, pots/pans, etc).
Three car parking spaces in driveway and a tag for street parking. Private beach passes provided during stay.
Rentals are Friday to Friday. Check in after 2:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Available for one week minimum. Sheets/towels are not provided.
*While there are a set of stairs up to the house, the house is otherwise accessible on one floor.
Located in Bethany Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean City Beach and Maryland Beach. Consider Seacrets for a night out or Nick's Mini Golf - Nick's Pirate Golf if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
