The property is located at the end of a quite cul de sac within the family friendly Sea Colony Beach Community. The house has 2 master bedrooms with new king size beds, plus 2 additional large bedrooms which all provide privacy from the main living area. There are 3 dining areas including the main dining room, plus breakfast nook with French doors giving a direct view onto the lake, plus outdoor dining on the water front patio, including 8 bicycles and few beach chairs.

The patio has shaded seating and is fully furnished for waterside reading or chats. Additionally, there is a screened porch which provides shaded and sheltered fresh air seating for morning coffee and conversation. If one wants to get away form the crowd there is always a place to relax, including the second floor balcony which overlooks the lake and catches the morning sun.

Furnishings are have an island feel giving a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

I've been spending summers in Bethany and Sea Colony for 50 years. Come to Sea Colony and enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony: Bethany Beach and Sea Colony are ideal vacation locations for multi-generational or single family vacations. The town is safe and the beaches are clean. There are excellent restaurants within a short bike ride or walk from the house. The community of Sea Colony has 5 pools along the beach and 5 other pools within the community. There is excellent tennis for all levels of play with 13 hartru and 14 hard-court, plus 6 hard indoor courts. Sea Colony is one of the top rated tennis resorts in the USA. There is also a new 12 court pickleball center.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome: This property is distinguished by a very private and relaxed atmosphere with a large south facing patio on the lakefront, plus a cozy screened west facing porch also on the waterfront. Entertaining, reading or relaxing is wonderful in either location.

Located in Bethany Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a lake. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Bethany Beach Beaches and Ocean City Beach. Nick's Mini Golf - Nick's Pirate Golf and DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
