Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a seaside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (42' Plasma in living room), 3 DVDs, Wifi. Plus, the beach locker contains beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and kick boards for guest use (courtesy items not guaranteed).
