While many TVs this day and age have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on televisions in our rental properties, and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks just in case.

There is a gas grill at this home. The owner provides 2 propane tanks for you to use and will pay to have it refilled if needed during your stay. You must contact Win-Le to notify us if a refill is needed.

The community has a large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool, tennis / pickleball courts, and basketball hoop - at no extra charge! There is also a pond with a dock for launching your kayak or paddleboard (bring them with you or rent them for your stay).

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 5 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, and (1) travel size hand lotion. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 5 people.

There is parking for 2 vehicles.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email & text message 5-7 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25 unless otherwise disclosed.
