Tennis & Pickleball Fans, take a class or private session at the Tennis Center just across the street! We are just down the road from the fitness center, so you can hop in the hot tub or sauna, or swim a few laps in one of the 12 heated pools after your day of adventures!

Don't feel like going to the Fitness Center? Miles of walkable paths in Sea Colony are there for you to wander and see some of the natural beauty Bethany has to offer. And, maybe even a couple of curious foxes.

We are sharing our family space, so it really feels like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles and kids toys, herbs growing on the deck & art from all over the world. Cook up a storm and relax with the whole family in style and comfort.

Don't feel like cooking? There are restaurant options in town for all taste buds. The conddo is just a half mile from downtown Bethany Beach and all its restaurants, shops, and delights :)

Enjoy your slow mornings with a cup of coffee or tea on the outdoor deck overlooking trees and a lake, and end your evening with a cup of wine cuddled up on the couch, or stargazing outside! Balmy evenings will let you do whichever you choose that night.

**Resort Passes**
Each member of your party 4 years and older is required to buy a weekly Resort Pass for access to all Sea Colony Amenities - pools, fitness centers etcetc.

**Parking**
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.

1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

OR, if you'd prefer, there parking for Bethany Beach town:

1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day passes are available for purchase 24/7 at the Bethany Beach Police Department located at 214 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.

**NO ANIMALS ALLOWED**
Sadly, not our decision, but that of Sea Colony :( we wish we could allow them, but they are prohibited for rental guests. Thank you for understanding and respecting this boundary.
