There is a downstairs long term tenant at the property. The do not have access to the upstairs.
Within walking distance of Andrews University, this lovely home is also a convenient launchpad to the many attractions and scenic delights of Southwest Michigan. Notre Dame University is about a 28-minute drive down US-31, and the South Bend Airport is about 25 minutes away. Don’t miss the famous dune-lined beaches of Lake Michigan to the west.
