This beautiful two-story 3BR/2 BA farm house features almost 2,200 square feet of living space. Perfect for a week getaway for two, a family trip or even a two family vacation. It has an open floor plan, water view from the sunroom that overlooks duck cove and you can even watch the ferry come and go. The kitchen, dinning room and sun room is a great place to hang out and relax. The first floor bedroom features a king size bed with a connected bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The second floor features two bedrooms. One room with a queen size bed and the other bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower combo.
