Perfect for a large family or 2 families traveling together. Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf and walking trails. Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. *This home is available for any 3-night minimums in season*

With a Fabulous King Bed, a cozy Couch to sit and relax, and a large Flat Screen TV, this is sure to be a space you won’t want to leave! The attached Primary Bath is a Spa-like retreat of its own with a luxurious free-standing Soaking Tub, a Custom Open Walk-in Shower, and a Private Water Closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are back at the main entrance, just off the Living Area. Bedroom 2 has a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and attached Full Bath with a Walk in Shower. Bedroom 3, just across the hall, has a luxurious King Bed and an attached Full Bath with Walk-in Shower.

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal Outdoor Pools and an Indoor Pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry.
