Located within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe, this double-wide home is conveniently situated near the fishing pier and just a short distance from one of the community pools. Offering all the comforts of home, the property includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two TVs, a VCR, DVD player, and central A/C. Please note: this owner does not provide Wi-Fi. The community features amenities for all ages, including two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Ideally located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this home is a great choice for a family getaway. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided.
