Enjoy your vacation in this lovely home in the gated community of Assateague Pointe. Just recently completely remodeled, let the coastal charm of this 2 bedroom home sweep away your stress! The home offers a queen bed in the main bedroom, a bunkbed of two doubles in the second bedroom, and for extra sleeping, the sofa in the living room opens to a double. There is a kitchen, central a/c, 2 smart TV's available for your streaming services, Free WiFi, and parking for 2 cars. This property also has a delightful courtyard comfortably furnished for those evening family get togethers. The community has 2 beautiful outdoor pools, a clubhouse, a rec room with laundry facilities, stocked fishing ponds, a lighted fishing pier, and various playground and picnic areas. Just a short ride to the beaches at Assateague Island or Ocean City. This property does not allow smoking or animals. Occupancy limit is 8. There is No washer or dryer in unit but there is a laundry room at Rec center. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
Assateague Pointe, a neighborhood in Berlin, is home to this vacation home. Frontier Town Water Park and Golf and Seacrets Distilling Company are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Ocean City Beach and Assateague State Park. Jolly Roger at the Pier and Jolly Roger Amusement Park are not to be missed.
