You’ll love the location, just 10 minutes from Cacapon State Park and about 20 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs and Berkeley Springs Park, with hiking, swimming, golf, and shopping all nearby. Inside, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds, soft linens, towels, blackout curtains, large closets, extra blankets, and all linens provided. A pack ’n play and high chair are also available for families traveling with little ones.

The open living area is ideal for gathering, featuring a large sofa perfect for movie nights (Roku), karaoke, or great conversation, along with a DVD player and DVDs. The home includes three spacious bathrooms stocked with shampoo, body wash, towels, and hair dryers. The lower-level recreation room offers even more space to unwind with a large sectional, ping pong table, electric fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player, and a cozy reading nook. Games, books, and puzzles are provided for guests of all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, and clearly labeled essentials, along with a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, crockpot, and blender. Coffee and tea are provided, and the kitchen includes an island with seating for three and a dining table that seats six comfortably.

The Honey Bear House is proudly pet friendly, welcoming dogs with a $50 pet fee and providing two sets of bowls, poop bags, and a crate, blankets not included. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a family-friendly, group-friendly layout designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
