The house is a short walk (5-12 minutes) from restaurants, cafes, farmer’s market, San Pablo Park (6 tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds), Grove Park, Berkeley Public Library, and a local grocery store, Berkeley Bowl, that is famous for its incredible produce.

The other 2 bedrooms are large and have queen size beds. The upstairs bedroom has an attached sunroom. The first floor bedroom has its own entrance from the backyard and is ideal for someone who needs to avoid stairs, as it is right next to a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is sunny with a breakfast nook and separate dining area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Vitamix Blender, electric induction stove, toaster oven, toaster, ice maker, pots, pans, rice cooker, spices, oils, condiments, and lots of dishes and glasses.

2 living rooms: 1 with a grand piano and sitting area and the other with lovely sunlight and a comfy couch for reading and relaxing.

The backyard is a peaceful place to eat lunch on the patio on a nice day, read a book or listen to a podcast while relaxing on the chaise lounge, or play ping-pong on a top-quality table in excellent condition.
