The open kitchen has granite counters, a new (2017) fridge and gas range and everything you`ll need for cooking and eating including a table for four in the living/dining room.
- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.
-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
Patio behind the house. The bathroom has washer and dryer. Small bedroom with loft sleeps three, and the larger bedroom with a queen bed sleeps two.

Enjoy our quiet tree lined street, two blocks from the Berkeley adult school public swimming pool. Three blocks from Foster Freeze hamburger and milk shakes. Two blocks east of San Pablo ave, three blocks south of University ave.
Bike to UC Berkeley in 15 minutes. Uber, Lyft or drive in 7 minutes.
Feel free to use our driveway to pull in front of the house (off the street)
There is also plenty of free street parking also.
We are about a 10 minute walk to North Berkeley Bart, 15 minute walk to Downtown Berkeley Bart.
Or, 4 minutes by car to the Bart station.
19 minutes by Bart to San Francisco Financial District, Soma (South of Market)
Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it`s all used up.

Southwest Berkeley, a neighborhood in Berkeley, is home to this vacation home. Pier 39 and Embarcadero Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and Oakland Zoo. Consider SF Masonic Auditorium for a night out, and don't miss California Academy of Sciences, a top local attraction.
