Located in the Northside neighborhood of Berkeley, 1421 Arch Street is a unique building on a quiet, tree-lined block. It is a classic building with four fully furnished and beautifully updated apartments. The apartments have high speed internet, and access to laundry on the ground floor.

This neighborhood is extremely walkable and safe, only four blocks to UC Berkeley and Shattuck Avenue's famed Gourmet Ghetto restaurants, shopping, and cafes. Close to BART and downtown Berkeley.
Apartment #3 on the first floor, is off the street and offers a quiet setting with a backyard deck and garden. It has a spacious, living room, facing south, fully furnished with sofa and chairs, coffee table, desk, bookcase, and TV. Nice hardwood floors throughout.

There is a good sized eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, equipped with china, pots and pans, cutlery, small appliances etc. It opens out to a private deck with sitting area.

The bedroom is furnished with a full bed, side table, and chest of drawers.

Laundry room with washer -dryer( not coin operated)
High speed internet provided.
The apartment is ready for move in.

Utilities are kept in the owner's name. PG&E bills are given to occupant to pay. EBMUD/sewer is prorated among occupants.
