• Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, back porch, & yard area.

• The parking area is shared with the other units guest so please be courteous and obey the parking rules.

• Complimentary Level II EV charging with Tesla universal charger. Includes Magic Dock for NACS and J1772 charging. The EV Charger is shared with the other unit.

• We offer lockable bike storage in the carport closet that stores about 4-5 bikes depending on size

• I am always available for guests via messaging and in case of urgent needs can have someone available in person.
LOCATION

• Mural House is located on a quiet street in a prime location to all things Bentonville!

• Expect quiet peaceful views off the back deck while you enjoy the wooded view and seeing bikers ride along the Tristan Trail behind the house.

• There are a number of amazing restaurants within minutes (some even walkable) of the house so if you're not up for cooking you'll have great eats!

• Bike trail access is about 300 feet from the front door and Bentonville is extremely bike friendly so bike wherever you'd like.

• If you're wanting to give your legs a break don't fret because there is ample parking throughout all of the hot spots in Bentonville.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• The Mural House has two separate units, side "A" and side "B". We offer then entire unit to be booked for larger groups so reach out if you are looking for both sides.

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

Bentonville is home to this vacation home. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion are cultural highlights of the area. Peel Museum and Botanical Garden and Compton Gardens and Conference Center are also worth visiting.
