Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa.

We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

This is a small studio with a private entrance that is attached to the back of our house. It has a kitchenette with all the basics to cook a meal, a place to eat, a queen bed, couch, large closet, and attached bathroom. We are excited to provide a space to you to stay and enjoy what the Bay Area has to offer!

You will have access to the private studio as shown in the photos, the shared laundry room which you can access from outside right next to your entrance, and the backyard. The backyard has a grill, outdoor table, and fire pit and chairs that you can use as well.

This space is connected to our home where our family lives. We have tried our best to soundproof the room, however, you are still able to hear us and we can hear you. During the day there may be noise, so if you prefer a quiet place, this may not be for you. We do include ear plugs and a sound machine if you would like to drown out any noise during the day and at night.

Located in Benicia, this apartment is on the waterfront. Benicia Historical Museum and Benicia Clock Tower are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Benicia Capitol State Historic Park and Southampton Bay Wetland Nature Preserve. Studio 41 and Solano County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
