Welcome to Vista 16, a spacious single-level Sunriver retreat designed with comfort, connection, and easy gathering in mind. From the moment you step inside, the home invites you to slow down and settle in. The open living area features generous seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a natural flow into the fully stocked kitchen and two dining spaces, making it simple to share everything from big family breakfasts to relaxed dinners after a day exploring Central Oregon.
With four king suites and a bunk room with its own private bath, Vista 16 gives every guest a place to rest, recharge, and feel at home. The thoughtful single-level layout is wheelchair-friendly, offering added ease for guests of all ages and needs. All bedrooms have TVs.
Step outside to a large deck made for long afternoons, outdoor meals, and quiet evenings under the trees. Fire up the gas BBQ, unwind in the private hot tub, or enjoy the half-acre setting with lawn space for games, fresh mountain air, and time well spent together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
