On the main level, you’ll find a spacious king ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom, offering comfort and convenience, along with a half bathroom for guests.
Downstairs is a true family hub, featuring a large gathering room with cozy seating and a foosball table for friendly competition. This level also includes a second king ensuite bedroom with private bath, a bunk bedroom that sleeps four, and a full guest bathroom, giving everyone their own space to unwind.
Outside, the expansive wrap-around deck invites you to enjoy outdoor meals, peaceful views, and a soothing hot tub soak, creating the perfect backdrop for making memories together. For exploring Sunriver, the home includes four adult bikes, and the garage offers a ping pong table for even more family fun.
