A very short walk (5 minutes) to the brand new swimming pool, sledding area, and amphitheatre (SHARC).

This Home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light with many large windows, Air Conditioning, gas fireplace, private hot tub (new in 2015), master suite on the main floor, great views out to the common area, loft with tv, wet bar has mini fridge, and so much more!
