Ashwood 4 is a comfortable North Sunriver home set up for easy family stays, with room for up to 8 guests, a private hot tub, bikes, cornhole, and a layout that works especially well for parents, kids, and grandparents.
Inside, the open main living space makes it easy to spend time together after a day out. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, plus air conditioning for warmer summer stays. The kitchen opens to the dining area so meals, conversation, and downtime all happen in one connected space. Guests also have practical extras that make travel easier, including a Keurig, coffee bean grinder, washer and dryer, high chair, and Pack-n-Play.
The bedroom setup is one of this home’s strongest features. On the main level, the king bedroom gives parents or grandparents a more private retreat with easy access and no stairs.
