The condo features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a convenient pullout couch, providing ample sleeping space for up to four travelers. The interior exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, with a distinct woodsy feel that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty of the area.
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to whip up anything from a quick snack to your favorite meals! It includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop oven, and plenty of dishes and cookware.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space for your morning routine! You will also find a large closet in the condo, so feel free to over-pack a little if that's your style, because we've got space for it! Although doing laundry while on vacation is not at the top of most people's "good-time list," we do have a laundry room located on-site, just in case you need a few things washed while you're staying here. 
This condo is amazing for so many reasons, but the very best part is the location! It's not every day you come across a rental that is so close to the river, you could toss a stone in! A desk is situated right at the window so whether you need to bring some work along or just want a spot to do some crafts or creative writing, you will have the perfect backdrop from the oversized window. A river trail runs along the back of the condo as well, giving you direct access to downtown with just a 10 minute stroll! You will be able to people-watch to your heart's content from this condo, but rest easy that you will have your privacy, as the window is coated with a privacy tint so people on the outside cannot see in.
Don't forget about the fact that you will have access to our year-round indoor heated pool and hot tub! These amenities are open daily from 9am-10pm and are the perfect way to rest your muscles after a day on the mountain!

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
This studio cottage is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.
The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in River West, a neighborhood in Bend. Sun Mountain Fun Center and Bend Rock Gym are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Old Mill District and Blockbuster. High Desert Museum and Petersen Rock Garden are also worth visiting.
