Awesome location. Lots of light, high ceilings, views of the river and the Old Mill Smokestack. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor. The popular Deschutes River trail at Farewell Bend Park is across the street. Walk to Old Mill shops, restaurants and the movie theatre in less than 10 minutes. Walk along the river to concerts at the Hayden Homes amphitheater.

Work from home at a full-size desk with a window that looks out to the river. See a bald eagle hunt for its food above the river.

Everyone loves the location since you can bike or walk to breweries or take a 3.5 beautiful forest hike from the house.

The bedroom has a comfortable mattress, good pillows, a fan, extra blankets, good sheets and a view of evergreen trees. It's quiet and has blackout blinds and curtains.

Located in Southern Crossing, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is near a water park and on a river. Bend Rock Gym and Sun Mountain Fun Center are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Old Mill District and Bend Factory Stores.
