This beautiful home is perfect for multi-family gatherings and sleeps 12, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a bonus loft area. 12 SHARC passes are included and the home has Air Conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months.
Enjoy the large master suite w/vaulted ceilings, deck access & en-suite bath w/soaking tub. The downstairs master is open to the lower deck and also has an en-suite bath. Both masters have king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, the 4th bedroom has two twin beds and the 5th bedroom has a bunk with twin on the top and a full size futon on the bottom plus a twin bed. The spacious loft area has a full-size futon and plenty of room for lounging or playing games.
The large open great room boasts a wall of windows with panoramic golf course views opening up to a large deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen and dining room flow into the great room for maximum family time. The house also includes a game room with a Foosball table, a large outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and upstairs decks with outdoor dining areas.
Televisions are included in the great room, downstairs game room and the two main bedrooms.
Located in Sunriver, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near a water park. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Newberry National Volcanic Monument and La Pine State Park, while Hayden Homes Amphitheater and High Desert Museum are cultural highlights.
