Catch a flick or game on the Xbox in the state of the art THEATRE ROOM with 125” projection screen OR maybe you decide to be the big winner in one of the TWO GAME ROOMS, while trying your hand at the Poker table/shuffleboard/ping pong/pool etc. What’s even better is this is all just things to do inside the house! As of 10/2023 we have brand new outdoor built in BBQ w/ granite slab countertop + Adirondacks to relax on! Sunriver has endless summer and winter activities for all to enjoy! The rental also comes with 12 SHARC passes which is open year round.

When you enter into the home you are greeted by a luxurious main LIVING ROOM with massive vaulted beam ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a 35-foot rustic stacked stone fireplace. The LIVING ROOM is stocked with 60” Smart TV and a Blue tooth sound bar allowing you to watch your favorite shows or stream movies from any one of your many devices. The LIVING ROOM opens up to the large exterior patio via a 14’ wide NANO DOOR that allows you to experience INDOOR/OUTDOOR living at its finest including a GAS BBQ, PATIO FURNITURE and brand new 8 person HOT TUB. The main floor has 2 PRIMARY SUITES both with top of the line King beds, 52” smart TV’s, walk in closets, dual sinks and walk in showers. Both are accompanied with sliding glass doors that allow you to venture out to your own private patio.

The KITCHEN is exquisite and suited for any gourmet chef. The commercial grade Jenn Air appliances include a six burner stove, TWO DISHWASHERS and a fridge large enough for bigger groups. This kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the small appliances, serving dishes, spices/cooking oils/baking basics, bakeware and cookware you need to whip up the perfect meal. Let the chef prep while friends and family gather around the large island with multiple bar seating. The kitchen is open to the LIVING ROOM making this area ideal for all to enjoy. Adjacent and open to the kitchen is a large table for dining and gathering which also opens up to the back patio via sliding glass doors.
From there go through one of the first of TWO LAUNDRY ROOMS and enter into the FINISHED GARAGE GAME ROOM that is equipped with all your gaming needs including a pool table, dart board, ping pong table, corn hole, and a large sectional couch with flat screen TV.

Cruise on up the second floor where you will enter the VIEW LOFT that has large vaults, floor-to-ceiling windows, extensive views as well as a large couch with TRUNDLE BED. Perfect place to retreat and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Adjacent to that is the GAME LOFT where you can go “all in” on the poker table, shoot some pucks at shuffleboard or grab a seat on the comfy couch and watch TV. You won’t have to leave this area in order to keep your beverage refreshed as the GAME LOFT is equipped with a FULL WET BAR, including wine and beverage fridge. You can relax while someone whips up your craft cocktail just steps away!

You will find the additional 2 PRIMARY SUITES on the second floor with the same amenities as the others (King size beds, flat screen TV’s, dual sinks, walk in closets & walk in showers) including sliding glass doors to their own private balconies. Wrapping up the tour of the second level you will go past the 2nd WASHER & DRYER and enter into the expansive THEATRE ROOM. Here you can check out what's new in the box office, game on the X Box or turn on the Apple TV and cozy in to your favorite Netflix show. All of these things are easy to do when you have 10 THEATRE CHAIRS, state of the art built in sound system and a 125” projector screen TV. These leather theater chairs fully recline, have dual cup holders, storage and USB outlet to charge any device. Everyone will love the THEATRE ROOM; watch a football game with the guys, Netflix date night, Disney movie with the kids, gaming for the teenagers or a chick flick w/ your besties. The THEATRE ROOM also offers TWO BUILT IN BUNK BEDS (4 twin beds in total) and for that special slumber party we offer 2 queen Aerobeds that will fit comfortably in this over 1100sf room.
