The sunlit, open floorplan includes a living area with a towering, two-sided wood-burning fireplace, a large fully stocked island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and café table for four, and an eight-person formal dining area. Off the main level is the master suite with high ceilings and gas fireplace, heated bathroom floor with whirlpool tub and shower, river views, and access to the upper deck.
On the ground floor are three more bedrooms, a cozy family room with leather couches and large-screen TV with multiple streaming options and extensive DVD movie library, a game table (lots of games and puzzles), a gas fireplace, and a well-equipped wet bar with drinks fridge and microwave.

Able to sleep up to 10 people, accommodations include four comfortable bedrooms with three king-size beds and one kid-friendly bunk room with two bunks (one of which has a trundle for a fifth bed or lower king bed), and a port-a-crib. There are three and a half bathrooms, and large walk-in closets in every bedroom. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating/air conditioning with separate zone controls, and a second refrigerator in the garage.

The large upper deck features a premium built-in gas grill, dining table and chairs for 12, and expansive river views. A second lower deck includes teak reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, side tables, and bench seating.
