The kitchen has all you need to make a gourmet meal with cookware, spices, and even basic condiments in the fridge. You will find a new Keurig stocked with K-cups at your arrival....also has a steamer option attached. In the built in cupboards you will find a new air fryer as well with multiple additional settings for bagels, toast, etc.

The sunroom makes for the ultimate dual use off the kitchen, sit down on the reclining couch in the morning with your coffee to see the sun rise with floor to ceiling windows. DUAL PURPOSE it has a gate to keep your furry friends happy in their own area of the house. A large dog bed is ready to go for them, and they will love being able to watch you whether you’re in the kitchen, dining room, or deck from the windows.

New Dining room table has 6 chairs, plus a bench and additional leaf to sit 8 comfortably. Perfectly located to see people in the kitchen or watch tv while you eat your breakfast.

Walk out the glass door upstairs onto a large upper deck complete with its own sectional couch, 90000 BTU gas fireplace, and 6 person picnic table with umbrella, and lazy Susan. THE KIDS ROOM - 4th Bedroom
We made sure to put in the time to make this extra special for the kids. Two bunk beds with 3rd bed trundle pull out. Totaling six new twin sized memory foams beds. Bed spreads and walls all mountain and tree themed to make it even more fun. Two couches that turn into additions beds OR perfect for making forts while watching the 75 inch flat screen tv with cable, Disney+, Netflix, or the DVD player stocked with a few kids movies ready to go. Also equipped with new Black out/room darkening blinds in the kids room to make sure they sleep in well ha-ha.
Kids room has its own door access to the deck and outside fun.
