The cabin features heating, new central AC, thermostat-controlled pellet fireplace, WiFi, Yale smart lock entry, 3 Samsung Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, and a newly remodeled (Jan 2025) 'rustic modern' design with all new furniture (including Casper mattresses). The 2 bathrooms are fully-equipped with showers. Cabin is located within proximity to a busy street, yet is well-insulated with new windows, new water heater, updated furnace, easy parking for many cars and a basketball court just steps away, all in a meadow-like setting.
