This beautiful, fully renovated home is tastefully decorated and invites you to relax in the sunshine on the large back deck while enjoying a view of the Deschutes River or cook gourmet meals together in the fully stocked kitchen. The adjacent dining room seats 10, the perfect place to gather for a meal or a game.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are nicely separated for privacy; two bedrooms have Sleep Number mattresses and all three have Smart TVs. The queen bed plus twin bunk room has access to the back deck, where you can enjoy grilling and dining outside. The king bedroom, with en suite bathroom and soaking tub, also has deck access, leading to the enclosed hot tub area where you can enjoy a soak under the stars. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed.
Enjoy the 6 bikes provided on the bike trail with access to over 30 miles of paved pathways meandering through Sunriver just outside your door, and it’s only a few short steps to the paved Deschutes River trail. This property also includes 3 SUPs, 4 tennis rackets, and 4 pickleball rackets for fun beyond the home! Enjoy the scenery of the majestic Deschutes River as you keep your eye out for river otters, beaver, raccoon, porcupines, elk, deer, and the plethora of birds and other wildlife that call Sunriver home.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
