This beautiful, split-level home features wood and stone accents with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. As you enter this home, you’ll walk up just a few steps to the spacious living room flooded with natural light. This room has a wood burning fireplace set into the gorgeous stone accent wall. In the warmer months, you will enjoy the cool air conditioning. You'll also find the dining room, with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen.
Upstairs are all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, cable TV, vanity and adjacent bathroom, finished in beautiful granite tile with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a twin bunk and a twin bed, ideal for bringing the kids along, and the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room for additional sleeping space.
Head downstairs to find a cozy family room ideal for movie night with flat screen TV. There’s an adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower and the laundry room on this level.
Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ on the spacious back deck, or a game of Ping Pong. At 8 Pioneer Lane, you will also be in close proximity to Sage Springs Club and Spa and the tennis courts.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
Located in Sunriver, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is in the mountains. Sage Springs Club & Spa and Sunriver Resort Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore La Pine State Park and Newberry National Volcanic Monument. The Cove and Sunriver Nature Center are also worth visiting.
