The house features two primary living spaces, two fireplaces, all upgraded as of 2021. The house is at the end of a cup-de-sac for added privacy and backs up to Adventure Park, with miles and miles of biking and hiking trails right outside your door. The Parks at Broken Top is a charming neighborhood, featuring a large community pool, 10 acres of park space, and paved walking trails leading to single-track trails.
The house has Coretec vinyl plank flooring, and the third bedroom doubles as a home office (or the trundle converts to a king). There are four smart TVs. The kitchen features insta-hot water, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a built-in convection microwave, and cook top with hood. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the accessories needed for a gourmet meal, including a full-sized air fryer, rice maker, crock pot, high-speed blender, oversized toaster oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, tea pots, and more.

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run throughout the neighborhood and connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only two miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter).
Located in Century West, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Hayden Homes Amphitheater and Des Chutes Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Old Mill District and Bend Farmers Market. Bend Rock Gym and Sun Mountain Fun Center are also worth visiting.
