All you will hear is the sound of the river. It majestically sits on the bluff on the largest River Wild private lot in a forest setting surrounded by native landscaping & ponderosa pines.

This vacation home has a large wrap around deck with a gas barbecue for deck dining with a view of Pilot Butte & the River as a backdrop. It is also minutes by foot to a community hot tub & Deschutes River Trail. You will also be minutes away from the Bend Athletic Club, Bistro 28 Restaurant, shopping, the Mill District, downtown Bend, golf, downhill skiing, snowboarding, x-country skiing with 50k of groomed trails, snowshoeing, world class dog sledding & endless mountain biking including Phil's Trail.

Mt Bachelor is up Century drive just 25 minutes from River Wild. Located in Century West, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Bend Rock Gym and Sun Mountain Fun Center are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Old Mill District and Bend Farmers Market. High Desert Museum and The Cove are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with hiking, cycling, and mountain biking.
