OUTSTANDING BROKEN TOP LOCATION: This property is right in the heart of the Broken Top. It is a 5 minute walk to the kids play area. Completely remodeled end unit town home in beautiful Broken Top. Convenient to the Deschutes River, shopping, breweries, the road to Mt. Bachelor, OSU Cascades Campus and so much more.

NO GROUPS: Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. If property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing, the guests credit card will be charged for these damages. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest. Children are welcome.

KEY CLEANLINESS GUIDELINES:
* We encourage good hand hygiene for guests and anyone involved with the property by providing sufficient hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products at property entry points and key areas, and also encouraging handwashing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
* We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance (if possible, outside).
