Welcome to Columbia House! Just steps away to Downtown Bend, Drake Park, Galveston Corridor (10 Barrel, Sunriver Brewing, Boss Rambler, The Lot Food Trucks, Westside Tavern, Victorian Cafe and more!), Old Mill (shops and eateries), Hayden Homes Amphitheater - leave your car at home! This updated and spacious home accommodates up to 6 guests and is kid and pet-friendly. We pride ourselves on having meticulously clean vacation homes and top-notch local management to make your stay exceptional.
The home welcomes you with a spacious open-concept layout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all open to easily create a feeling of living large and plenty of space to entertain. The living room has a smart TV with streaming apps and cable channels. The dining table fits 6 and is open to the fully-stocked kitchen. Off of the living room, there are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a built in bunk bed with two twin beds. The second bedroom has one queen bed and office desk and chair. In between these bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide fresh linens and soaps for our guests along with a hair dryer.
There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and back door that leads to a salt-water hot tub (no extra charge!) that is professionally sanitized before each stay. There is also a patio and firepit, and access to 2 off-street parking spaces off of the back alley.
This home has been completely renovated in the past couple of years - new drywall, plumbing, electrical, floors, kitchen and appliances. You'd never guess it was built in 1925! But the charm still remains.

Located in River West, a neighborhood in Bend, this vacation home is near a water park. Deschutes Brewery and Regal Old Mill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Sun Mountain Fun Center and Bend Rock Gym. High Desert Museum and Petersen Rock Garden are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
