This cottage is moments from downtown dining, shows, shopping, galleries, and local brew pubs, and just moments more to festivals, concerts at the Les Schwab amphitheater, the High Desert Museum, Mt Bachelor, Phil's Trail for mountain biking, and of course all the river fun. Notably this cottage is five minutes from the spectacular River walking trail that follows the banks of the Deschutes River. At the end of your play day, relax in the quaint private backyard garden with gas BBQ, outdoor dining area, and private hot tub. If you want it all, come enjoy the freedom of vacationing in the comfort of a home.

This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, and parking area are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.
