This condo is adjacent to Pioneer Park and the Deschutes River Trail that leads into downtown.

If you're looking for an adventure into the heart of Bend, Oregon, this is the place for you. This condo, which we've nicknamed "Downtown Abbey," is on the edge of downtown Bend and just a short stroll the edge of the Deschutes River. It is the perfect place for a couple intending to explore Bend. We think we're among the best locations in Central Oregon.
Guests love the fact that this vacation space has two bathrooms. It's a vacation space that's got everything you need for a weekend stay, or a longer two- or three-week retreat. It has a full kitchen with everything you need for the Rachel Ray in your party. The kitchen is in the living room, which also features a fireplace, closets, sofas, and bathroom. There's a communicating door with the master bedroom, which features another bathroom.  The condo has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer, and a heat pump to keep you warm during ski season. 
"Downtown Abbey" is Unit 152/153 on the second floor of the Pioneer Park Condominiums. Interestingly, you actually have two balconies here. One off the living room and one off the master bedroom, which are separated by a divider. The Pioneer Park Condos were built in the 1970s as Phase 2 of a now defunct "condotel" — which was supposed to be a condominium complex run like a hotel. This space and all of those here like it were built to be nightly rentals, but after years of private ownership, they feel more like home than a hotel. The owners of this space bought it years ago and visit several times a year. Therefore, you'll find all their personal touches that set it apart from other vacation spaces.
There are very few private rentals like this close to downtown. The Pioneer Park Condos are among the only vacation spaces near the heart of Bend that have kitchens, balconies and two bathrooms. The complex also has a shared laundry room available to you.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Located in Bend, this condo is in the city center. Hayden Homes Amphitheater and Tower Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at River's Edge Golf Course and Deschutes Brewery. Sun Mountain Fun Center and Bend Rock Gym are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, mountain climbing, and horse riding nearby.
