The Space:
Welcome to "Deschutes and Scores," a corner unit condominium that sleeps four with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Because of its location, the owners have recently installed additional windows on the south wall, opening up the room and improving that incredible view. Book this unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River.
This condo can sleep up to 4 guests. The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. Dishes and cookware are included. Aside from that, you'll find a separate bedroom with another bathroom.
This is Unit 307/308 at the Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums which is located right on the edge of downtown Bend between Pioneer Park and the Deschutes river. You can take the river trail up to visit numerous downtown shops, pubs, restaurants and more. Guests of this condo also enjoy access to our onsite swimming pool and hot tub which are open daily!
Guest Access:
Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:
You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a staffed property. We work out of an office at the entrance to the property. If you don't need us, you won't even see us. But we're here in case you need anything from us.
Located on the waterfront, this condo is in River West, a neighborhood in Bend. River's Edge Golf Course and Deschutes Brewery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pilot Butte State Park and Tumalo State Park. Sun Mountain Fun Center and Bend Rock Gym are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing, horse riding, and cycling nearby.
