It's only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to picturesque downtown Tiburon. Dine in one of many romantic restaurants, shop, or catch the ferry to explore Sausalito or San Francisco. If you're feeling more adventurous, head to Angel Island and bike or hike the trails. Board the ferry in downtown Tiburon and arrive at the landmark Ferry Building in San Francisco within 25 minutes. Enjoy the Farmer's Market, Hog Island oysters, and great food stalls, restaurants, and cafes. Oracle Park and Chase Center are on the waterfront so catch a SF Giants game, Golden State Warriors game, or concert while in town.
Belvedere is a scenic town of 2000 residents that is surrounded on 3 sides by the San Francisco Bay. For those who enjoy walks, there are picturesque public stairways and winding paths that lead into the town of Tiburon (great for photo opportunities). The property is so close to San Francisco and the adjacent towns of Sausalito and Mill Valley, yet you can enjoy the privacy of your beautiful flat that sits on a wooded, private acre of land. The City of Belvedere requires a minimum stay of 30 nights or greater.
