This clean, grounded home in Bellemont offers a quiet, accessible, and distraction free space just outside of Flagstaff, perfect for rest, reset, or focused work. Whether you’re visiting family, finishing a project, or recovering from the overstimulation of everyday life, this home invites ease and simplicity.
The layout includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a dedicated office with an ergonomic chair and sit/stand desk, ideal for remote work or creative flow. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, soft linens, blackout curtains, and suitcase stands. The second bathroom (guest) is near the front of the house, while the ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom includes a private toilet room and combined tub/shower.
The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking with full size appliances, wraparound counters, and basic supplies. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to a cozy dining area that seats four.
In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating including a couch and two chairs, a smart TV, and a sliding door leading to the backyard. The entire home is single level with flat access — no stairs inside or out — making it especially easy to navigate. Standing fans are provided for airflow, and the home stays cool during warmer months due to Bellemont’s elevation.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a small astroturf area with two Adirondack chairs, a table with two additional seats, and a grill (in progress). Gravel and a bit of paved patio make for easy outdoor dining or quiet evenings under the open sky.
This home has a comfortable, neutral, steady feel. Neighbor noise may be present in the evenings from children playing nearby, but the yard remains private and well buffered. The front yard and driveway are fully flat and gravel covered, with no lawn maintenance needed.
Guests have full access to the home except the locked garage and one supply closet. Smart lock access is provided with unique entry codes.
