1.Pet Policy: **This unit is pet friendly with regulations. Please note: Pets MUST be non-shedding and under 35 pounds. Fur found on furniture will incur a $100 cleaning fee
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. There is a camera on the roadways. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.

Bellefonte Art Museum for Centre County and Bellefonte Historical Railroad Society are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Creekside Rock and Gems and Tait Farm Foods.
