Rental Policies
Enjoy a 25% discount on monthly bookings.
The maximum rental duration is 90 days.
Per association rules, only one rental is permitted per month.
An additional cleaning fee applies during holiday periods, including Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Located in Belleair Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Splash Harbour Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches and Sand Key Park. Captain Blighs Landing and The Amish Country Store are also worth visiting.
