Golf and ski from this beautiful northern Michigan home in a prime location! This charming and well kept house sits on two acres in a lovely wooded setting in Schuss Village less than a mile from Skiing at Schuss Mountain and Golf
Custom decorated, quality and pride of ownership shows throughout. The main floor has an open living room/dining room combination with a wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped everything from coffee maker to crock pot. The master “suite” is the highlight of this home, as the bathroom has a gorgeous jacuzzi tub surrounded by woods, with a large shower. The master bedroom is attached to a four season garden room with large windows and space for peace and separation.
Large deck outside garden room with serenity seating, its a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind.. There is a custom built grand staircase leading upstairs, where one good sized bedroom has a queen and twin bed. A third bedroom loft has one full bed and a twin bed along with a large closet. Upstairs also has a half bathroom. Light fixtures and other details are classically stated.
This house is located on paved wooded trails and is ½ mile from Schuss downhill ski slopes. This is part of a family friendly small community just off the Schuss golf course with cross country ski and biking trails right out the door. There is a community outdoor pool in the Sudendorf community.. There is also a gas BBQ grill for guest to use.
The home is within Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resort, which features 5 golf courses, downhill and cross country ski trails, and several restaurants. Torch & Lake Bellaire within a 15 minute drive. Downtown Bellaire is 12 minutes away, Traverse City is 40 minutes away, and Charlevoix is 35 minutes away. This is a great central location to many different wonderful areas in northern Michigan.
Located in Bellaire, this cottage is in the city center and on a river. The Legend and Hawk's Eye Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Torch Lake and Grass River Natural Area. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
