KITCHEN: Fully stocked with cookware, silverware, stemware, utensils, coffee maker and most common appliances.
AMENITIES: All linens provided. Central A/C and heat. Washer/Dryer in unit. Pool pass available for Summit and Schuss Village resort pools* (see information below). Guests also have access to the private Beach Club located a few miles away. The Beach Club offers a beach with swimming in Lake Bellaire, shuffleboard, basketball court, grills, playground for children, walking trails, and private clubhouse. A Beach Club pass can be obtained from the Check-In Center during your stay.
*IMPORTANT POOL ACCESS INFORMATION
We want to make sure you have the most up-to-date information before you book. Resort indoor/outdoor pool access is available only for reservations through May 11, 2027. Guests staying after that date will not have access to the resort indoor/outdoor pools. During the summer season, you're welcome to enjoy the Pinebrook outdoor pool, which is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

All of our properties are cleaned and maintained by our professional housekeeping and maintenance departments. We use Ecolab cleaning products. Our linens and towels are washed and dried in commercial equipment with commercial cleaning products to ensure the best possible clean.

We are located within a few miles of all of our properties and have on-site reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping departments; located right at Summit Village. We are in the middle of it all and ready to help you plan and enjoy your vacation.
