Welcome to Velo Vista, a fun-filled retreat with beautiful lake views, hot tub, fire pit, gas fireplace, two living rooms, game and music rooms and space to comfortably sleep 15 guests. At 4,200 sq ft, it’s the perfect destination for friend and family gatherings. The proximity to Lake Ann and Back 40 MTB trails makes this an ideal destination for outdoor lovers seeking relaxation and adventure. Mountain bikers can saddle up and ride out the front door to world class trails just down the street.

★ 2 Primary King Suites with King size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Main level en-suite bathroom features a large jacuzzi bath tub, lake views and walk-in closet
★ 3 additional bedrooms - (1) King size bed located on lower level (2) two Full size beds + two Twin size beds located on main level (3) Full size bed + twin bed located on main level
★ Flex room that is great for quiet time/meditation and offers a Twin size day bed + Twin size trundle bed located on lower level.
★ TWO living rooms (1) The first living room is on the main floor, featuring lake views, vaulted ceiling, a large sectional sofa, and a 65" HD Smart TV (2) The second living room is on the lower level, complete with ample wooded views, fireplace, 65" HD Smart TV, deck access, and two comfortable sofas
★ Game room - foosball table, basketball toss, Ping-Pong table, board games, puzzles, books and comfortable sofas
★ Music room – Expansive windows and views of Lake Ann, record player, plus acoustic and electric guitars and ukulele, guitar seat, amp and microphone for playing your own music
★ Large, well-appointed kitchen with the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals
★ Second full kitchen located on lower level
★ Dining room that seats 6 & a breakfast nook that seats 4 + folding table with 6 additional folding chairs + dining table that seats 4 on the lower level
★ 4 HD Smart TVs (2) 65" living rooms (2) 55" HD Smart TVs in the King bedrooms
★ Laundry room with washer + dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry soap for guest use
★ Pack ‘n Play and high chair
★ Smoking and Pets are not allowed
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet in the laundry room, 2 locked housekeeper closets in the downstairs kitchen, an HVAC closet in the lower level and a small exterior utility shed.
Other things to note:
We have parking for (5) vehicles: 3 vehicles in the driveway plus 2 vehicles in the garage. Secure bike storage is also provided on property.
The smart TVs give you access to popular streaming services, but you will have to use your own subscriptions.
Accessibility:
We have a ramp in the garage to the house door on the main level, and a fully accessible side walkway to the lower level with a stepless back entrance. There is a shower bench on each level, toilet grab bars in the lower level bath and a low threshold shower in the main level bath.
Located in Bella Vista, this vacation home is on a lake. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and Bella Vista Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kingswood Berksdale Golf Course and Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course.
