Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Cable, Wi-Fi, & tv's in the living room, master, and one bedroom. We provide all basic items and a fully equipped kitchen. Can sleep 12. 5 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, 1 full, and 1 full futon with 2.5 bathrooms. Exceptional WiFi.

Come and EXPERIENCE our lake home. You won't want to leave, but if you do you can be in downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, and the mountain bike trails in minutes. Or better yet, sit back and just enjoy being lakefront. You won't find easier access to the water on our amazing property. Easy access with no tram or stairs to get you to the water. The backyard is fenced on three sides (the backside is the lake) for pets ($150 pet fee and $200 for two pets.) The firepit is next door in the lot. Just bring the marshmallows.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking off your own kayak dock. Our home has plenty of storage for your bikes, and other toys.
