The home is situated right between the Lake Ann Back 40 Trailhead and boat launch. You'll enjoy a nice blend of privacy at the home, with a bustling kayak/SUP/biking community steps from the door. You're a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and its world-class museums, dining and always-changing community events.

This home is cleverly designed with an open floorplan and plenty of natural light. Two private bedrooms, two full baths with additional sleeping available in the sitting room nook sleeper sofa.
