A 400 sq. ft. covered veranda spans the entire length of the home, offering sweeping ocean views and a breezy indoor‑outdoor living experience. Enjoy sunrise coffee, ocean breezes, and peaceful evenings overlooking the water.
Ground-Level Suites — Poolside Convenience
The lower level includes two private suites:
• Suite 1: Two queen beds + ensuite bathroom
• Suite 2: One queen bed + ensuite bathroom
Both suites open directly onto the 800 sq. ft. covered pool veranda, just steps from the beach.
A shared kitchenette makes it easy to keep drinks and snacks close to the pool without heading upstairs.
Each suite includes its own AC unit for personalized comfort.
