Part of the boutique Los Porticos community, guests will have their choice of a variety of on-site amenities, including 300-feet of private community beachfront. Soak up the sun or grab your snorkel and explore the small coral reef, just offshore. Top off fun-filled days with a reservation at La Dolce Vita, the casual-chic on-site restaurant. Los Porticos is private enough to feel worlds away, yet only a mile from the village and a quick cab ride from the Placencia Airport.
Find culinary inspiration in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with all the contemporary, major appliances and counter space needed for at-home meal prep. Relax out on your large, garden-view balcony as the sun glistens upon the azure waters of the Caribbean. Additional in-home perks include mini-split AC units and complimentary internet access.
5A is a garden view apartment but shares all the same amenities as all the community.
Los Porticos Villas is located on a private sandy beach with views of the crystal clear, turquoise Caribbean Sea for a perfect Belize vacation. We have a pool, partially shaded sitting area, pool & beach loungers and beach towels so you don’t need to bring your own. The property is gorgeously adorned with beautiful tropical plants and trees that house such various tropical animals such as birds, butterflies, iguanas and you may even see a few parrots fly by.
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.
Located in Placencia Village, a neighborhood in Placencia, this villa is near the airport and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Belize Barrier Reef and Placencia Beach.
