The house has an open living room and kitchen area highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, ACs in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in each room, hardwood floors, a bathroom, and shared washer/dryer and kayaks. This property has two houses – Maya Moon Cottage (460 ft sq) and Maya Moon Beach House (800 ft sq)
The entrance and path are shared by both houses. You can rent the Maya Moon Beach Retreat (both houses) if you would like the entire property to yourself. Please contact us for the listing.
Although basic amenities are provided, the property is self-catering with no daily linen or cleaning service – as such more amenities may need to be purchased during your stay. There is routine beach cleaning with additional cleaning upon request. This may happen without notice.
Also note that for bookings over 3 weeks housekeeping will be done at 2 week intervals. There is no charge for this to guests.

Located on the beach, this cottage is in Maya Beach, a neighborhood in Placencia. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Maya Beach and Placencia Beach. Inky's Mini Golf and Lebeha Drumming Center are also worth visiting.
